ACCOMMODATION & SETTING
Killiney is located along an elevated stretch of the County Dublin coastline, a vista that has been compared to Italy’s Bay of Naples. It is a fair comparison as the atmosphere is distinctly continental, bridging the attractions of Dublin City to the north and the delights of scenic County Wicklow to the south. What really sets the Court Hotel apart is the quality of its overnight accommodation. There are 86 luxurious, en-suite bedrooms, most of which have panoramic views over Killiney Bay. Each bedroom is fitted out to the highest standards of comfort, with radio, TV, video, film channels, direct-dial telephones, hairdryer and central heating as standard.
RESTAURANT
A major part of the Court Hotel’s reputation is the excellence of its cuisine, acclaimed by Dubliners and overseas guests alike. The menus are vast and imaginative; interesting vegetarian dishes, mouth-watering beef, Irish salmon and seafood, tender lamb and fresh vegetables, prepared meticulously by internationally experienced chefs. There are two restaurants; The Island restaurant specializes in Irish and French cuisine and the popular Library Grill offers tasty alternatives in a cosy atmosphere.
GOLF ANY ONE?
For the golfer, the hotel couldn’t be better situated. There are 7 courses within 5km of the hotel! Four of them, Druids Glen, Greystones, Woodbrook and Bray are Championship courses.
