Said to be on the ‘Sunshine Circuit’, because the area is the sunniest, warmest and driest corner of Ireland, ideal for golf at almost any time of year. Waterford Castle offers accommodation of a superb standard and is, currently, the only deluxe hotel in the South East of Ireland. RESTAURANT
Dining at Waterford Castle provides an opportunity to sample the best of tradition and contemporary cuisine. The Munster Dining Room with its original oak paneled walls and ornate ceilings sets the tone for a wonderful evening. The restaurant's seasonal menus place emphasis on both Irish specialities as well as the finest international cuisine.
